La dieta dell’estate: i consigli del Ministero della Salute

Rispettare il numero e pure l’orario dei pasti, partendo da una abbondante colazione. Mangiare più frutta e verdura di stagione, meno piatti elaborati e grassi, ed evitare di andare dall’antipasto al dolce a pranzo e a cena in vacanza. Fino a preparare i piatti ”con fantasia” variando anche i ”colori” che si mettono in tavola. Sono alcuni dei consigli messi a punto dagli esperti del ministero della Salute per una corretta ‘dieta’ durante il periodo estivo, che punti non solo a controllare le calorie, ma anche a dare il giusto apporto nutrizionale (dalle vitamine agli antiossidanti).

Il decalogo ‘E…state ok con la nutrizione’ è stato presentato al ministero della Salute e sarà diffuso, attraverso gli studi dei medici di medicina generale e le farmacie, in 60mila presidi. L’obiettivo è quello di promuovere corretti stili di vita, che consentono di limitare l’insorgere di diverse patologie, dal diabete all’ipertensione all’obesità, che hanno, tra l’altro, come ha spiegato Silvio Borrello, direttore generale igiene e sicurezza alimentare del ministero, un elevato costo sociale, calcolato ”in uno studio di qualche tempo fa 22-23 miliardi di euro l’anno”.
